We’ll talk through what you need, what’s possible within your budget, and which package (or custom solution) makes the most sense for your business. Whether you're starting fresh or refreshing an existing site, this step ensures we build something that truly works for you. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your consultation: 1. Booking & Payment: All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. Rescheduling: Life happens—we get it! You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. Use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or reach out directly. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the consultation fee. 4. Running Late? If you're running late, please let us know. We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your session may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a missed appointment. 5. Communication: All consultations are held virtually via Zoom. A link will be provided upon booking.
